Our Story

When I was growing up, every morning my mom came into my bedroom to wake
me for school. Before I rolled out of bed, usually while I was half
asleep, she sat next to me and we repeated the phrase "I can do all
things" over and over. Looking back, I truly believe that these positive
values and words helped me through the challenges young girls face and
groomed me to be the woman I am now.

I took the positive values my mother taught me and I received my
MBA in 1998. Since that time, my career has been focused on
learning and honing my business skills. I have worked for major
corporations in Marketing and Business Development for nearly 10
years. Even though working in Corporate America has been
rewarding, it is now time for me to share some of the teachings
which I was brought up to believe to this next generation of
young children.

Today, after teaching in the Los Angeles Unified School District
for more than 45 years, my mom has developed an array of
inspirational and educational products for children. She has
been voted Teacher of the Year as well as nominated Outstanding
Teacher of America for these creative materials. In this next
chapter in her career, she plans to reach beyond the children of
Los Angeles with her "can do" approach to teaching.

My mom and I realize that it is essential for children to be
surrounded with positive words and images. Children should be
encouraged to be the best that they can be. Our goal is to help
parents, teachers, and communities inspire children so that as
each child goes through life's journey, they are better prepared
for both the good times and the bad. Our passion is to encourage
children to believe in themselves. My mom and I have teamed up
to develop products that do just that—inspire children to
believe!
