The Story of Disagreeable Louie

Louie was always tired, grumpy and late.

He had a scowl on his face and just spewed hate.

His Mom took him to the doctor, and asked, "What can I do, to make a nicer boy out of my cranky little Lou?"

The doctor checked him every way, from his head to his big toes. He checked his ears and his eyes, and then he checked his nose.

"Nothing is wrong that I can find. Please tell me, for the records I keep, how many hours at night does your little Louie sleep?"

"Oh, he hates to go to bed. It’s a fight every night. He does his homework, and watches TV, and in the morning he’s a pitiful sight!"

"That may be the answer," the doctor said. " Less TV, a soothing bath, and then bed."

The change was astounding, it was quite a surprise, A rested Louie felt happier and more energized.

The story of Louie is really quite true. I wonder, do your kids need to go to bed earlier, too?
