• Why should I buy from Bing Note?

Our products (including activity sheets) are developed from top notch school teachers who have worked in the school system for many, many years…earning numerous awards. In fact, if you total the number of years teaching, their experience equates to nearly 200 years. Now that’s experience! But not only is it experience, but it’s also dedication to seeing children succeed. So with this, they’ve come together to develop products they know will have positive results.

The best way to reach us is via email at customerservice@bingnote.com. However, if you need to speak to someone in person, please call 1.510.878.7600. If you reach voicemail, someone will return your call within 24 hours.


• What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Paypal.


• Do you ship outside of the U.S.?

We currently only ship within the U.S., but this will hopefully change in the near future.


• Do you accept returns?

We believe that you should be 100% completely satisfied with your purchase. If not, please contact us at customerservice@bingnote.com.


• How quickly will my order be processed?

Please allow 48 hours for processing all orders. If you need something rushed, please contact us at customerservice@bingnote.com.


• How can I place my order?

The best way to place your order is through our secure site, www.bingnote.com. However, if you prefer another method, please contact us at customerservice@bingnote.com.


• How do you ship?

We’ve done our research, and have found that the most economical, but still efficient way to ship packages is through the United States Postal Service.

If you are ordering 1 book, then your package will ship 1st class. If you are ordering more than 1 book, then your package will ship Priority.


• How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are shipped from California. If you order 1 book, then this will ship 1st class, and will take anywhere between 1 – 5 days. If you order 2 or more books, then your order will ship Priority and will take anywhere between 2 – 3 days. However, please allow up to 48 hours for processing your order, which is in addition to the shipping time.


• How do I check the status of my order?
